Our Pest Exclusion installation includes a Lifetime Warranty on materials and workmanship. If the guard ever becomes defective or detached, contact us and we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Guards can occasionally come loose due to wildlife interference or winter conditions. Snow and ice sliding around and beneath solar panels can create pressure on the guard system, causing clips to release and sections to detach.
If a gap of approximately 2 inches or more opens, birds may regain access beneath the panels. It is important to notify us immediately if you notice any separation so we can secure the guard before a new nesting issue occurs.
If nesting resumes due to a delay in reporting, we will repair the guard under warranty; however, any required cleanup would be billed separately based on severity and time involved.
Customers enrolled in our Biannual or Triannual Solar Panel Cleaning plans receive an additional Cleanup Warranty on their Pest Exclusion system.
Because we are on your roof every six months to clean your panels and inspect the exclusion, we extend coverage to include cleanup services for as long as you remain on an active cleaning subscription.
